Once you get in touch, I'll normally arrange an initial conversation where we can discuss your business, your current platform and your long-term objectives.
If I believe I can genuinely improve what you have, I'll explain how I would approach the project, identify opportunities and outline what I believe could be achieved.
Only after that would we discuss scope, priorities and the next steps.
I don't believe in selling services people don't need.
If I don't think I'm the right person for the project, I'll tell you.

Every client works directly with me throughout the entire project.
There are no account managers.
There are no outsourced developers.
There are no unnecessary layers of communication.
I deliberately work with a small number of clients at any one time so every project receives the attention it deserves.
Occasionally this means new projects may need to wait a short period before development begins.
I believe that’s a better approach than accepting more work than I can personally deliver to the highest standard.
