Once I understand your objectives, I carry out a detailed review of your existing digital presence.
This is far more than simply reviewing a website.

This stage often identifies opportunities that weren't obvious during the initial conversation.
Following the audit, I prepare a detailed engineering summary.
Rather than simply providing a quotation, I explain what I believe should be built and why.
The Strategy May Include
Before development begins you'll have a clear understanding of exactly what I recommend and how the platform can evolve.
Only once the strategy has been agreed does development begin.
Every feature is engineered around the agreed objectives rather than simply adding functionality.
Throughout development you'll receive regular updates, demonstrations and opportunities to provide feedback as the platform evolves.

I deliberately take on a limited number of projects at any one time.
Occasionally this means a new client may need to wait a short period before development begins.
I believe that's far better than accepting more work than I can personally deliver to the highest standard.
Once your project begins, it becomes my priority.
Throughout our working relationship you'll deal directly with myself, receive regular progress updates and have my complete attention until the agreed objectives have been delivered.
I don't measure success by the number of projects I complete.
I measure success by the quality of the platforms I build and the long-term relationships I establish with the businesses I work with.
